Multidisciplinary pre-submittal technical review for commercial projects. Review may include building, fire/life-safety, site plans, accessibility, floodplain, wetlands, zoning, and applicable local ordinance requirements.
Includes: Digital markup report with documented findings, identified concerns, recommended next steps, and one follow-up review of identified corrections.
Additional review: Work outside the selected package scope or additional review cycles requested after client revisions are billed at $150/hour, one-hour minimum.
